Ballarina cake




This pretty cake is baby girl inspired. The colors are pretty pastels and the cake is topped with a Precious Moments trinket box and a teething ring. This cake has 90 diapers on it and is also a pacifier sitting center stage. Inside Mommy will find a 0-3mo. sleeper and a fleece blanket. This cake is very pleasing to the eye.
